Sinakho (We can)

Ndileka Santi serves as the managing director and chief strategist. She has extensive experience in working with differently abled (disabled) persons, and is currently the director and a founder of African Sinakho  non-profit organization for people with disabilities.
Ndileka’s previous experience is detailed below:
She worked at Khanyisa School for the Blind (Eastern Cape) as a Specialist in Orientation and Mobility for the blind for 11 years.
In KZN Society for the Blind – she was a Low Vision Officer for 2 years, where one of her greatest achievements was when she successfully designed a Braille learning aid for learners of foundation phase and newly blinded individuals. She served as a Manager for the Resource Centre for 1 year.
In 2006  she championed  IEC voter education for blind and deaf youth. She designed a program me that was successfully applied in the KZN Province. This program me came in as the best for it endorsed the integration of disabled communities in all activities that take place in our country. The slogan that says, “NOTHING ABOUT US WITHOUT US” was practiced fully as all facilitators were disabled.
